Purpose of this website

This website shows the stock of premium used cars available at the dealership and lets you get in touch with it. It is not an online shop: you cannot buy, pay for or reserve a vehicle through the site. Browsing the site or sending any of its forms does not create a sale or a reservation; every transaction is closed in person or by express agreement with the dealership.

Terms of use

Access to this site is free of charge. Anyone using it agrees to do so lawfully and in good faith, not to use the forms to send unlawful, offensive or unsolicited content, and not to attempt to disrupt the site or access restricted areas.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless the vehicle listing expressly states otherwise. They do not include registration, transport, paperwork or transfer fees unless expressly stated.

Availability of each unit is subject to it not having been sold. We do our best to keep the catalogue current, but there may be a gap between a vehicle being sold and its listing being updated.

Photographs show the actual vehicle for sale. Technical data, equipment and fuel figures are indicative and come from the manufacturer's documentation or from the vehicle itself; in case of any discrepancy, the vehicle's official documentation prevails.

The finance calculator is indicative only: it is not a binding offer, it performs no credit assessment and its result binds no lender.

Intellectual and industrial property

The contents of this site — text, photographs, design, code and trade marks — belong to Albir Exotic Cars, S.L. or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express written permission is prohibited.

Vehicle manufacturers' trade marks, logos and names shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the vehicle offered, without implying any relationship, sponsorship or endorsement.
